1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Lucy Suite subscription at any time through your account dashboard. After cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Once the billing cycle ends, your account will be deactivated, and you will no longer have access to the platform's features.

1.2 Account Termination by Lucy Suite

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate our Terms of Use or engage in activities that we deem harmful to our platform or other users. In such cases, no refund will be provided for any unused portion of your subscription.

1.3 Data Access After Cancellation

Upon cancellation, you will have limited access to your account for a period of 30 days to export or download your data. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted from our servers, unless otherwise required by law.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Subscription Fees

Lucy Suite operates on a subscription-based model. Subscription fees are billed in advance, and payments are non-refundable except as outlined in this policy.

2.2 Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

Initial Purchase: If you cancel your subscription within 7 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund. This applies only to first-time subscribers and not renewals.

Service Disruptions: If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from accessing our services, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period.

Billing Errors: If you believe you were charged in error, please contact our support team within 30 days of the billing date. We will review the issue and, if applicable, provide a refund.

2.3 Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable:

Subscription renewals (unless canceled within the 7-day grace period after renewal).

Add-on services or third-party integrations purchased through the Lucy Suite platform.

Any prior credits or discounts applied to the account will not be refunded.

Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, and it may take an additional 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
